Turn your client needs survey into an online form

Hi All,

We are currently studying the Web Publishing unit of our course. For our first exercise we were asked to create a list of questions to ask prospective clients who were considering choosing us to design their websites. From the list of questions we were then asked to create a Google Doc Form Survey and embed it in our blogs. Here is my Survey.
